Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Loss Adjusters, Legal Secretary and Legal Executives
• Review the investigation documents and comment on EC and CL Liabilities
• Negotiate with Plaintiff's appointed solicitor for a amicable settlement
• Prepare defence to the court for EC application
• Attend court for litigation process
• Draft letter to Labour Department, Legal Aid an other related parties
• Attend review meeting with clients on case handling
• Provide training to internal staff on Legal Proceedings
• Assist in development of the Investigation and Legal Team
• Assist in setting up a comprehensive system Legal and investigation department 
• Work as a team to conclude the EC claims in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• have and maintain a valid certificate as a solicitor in Hong Kong
• Previous experience in handling the Employees' compensation claim is preferrable
• fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Computer knowledge in MS office (excel spread sheet), e-system, outlook
• Flexible and good team player
• Willing to learn and work under pressure and self motivated.
