We are looking to hire a Traffic Controller Fashion Asia Pacific to conduct Operational implementation and closer development of customer relationships as well as formulation & implementation of supply-chain environment

Jobs Task:

• Focus on developing the Network capabilities for a specific account in the specific
  geographical region of responsibility
• Run statistical reports and maintain data for customers and G-KAMs
• Support local project team / OPS in their relationship with the clients
• Analysis of problems / trouble shooting with customer
• Ensure quality preparation of SOP and other documents to be executed by the KAM team and take care of a smooth hand over process to existing interfaces. (Operations, Finance)
• Check and control INTRAC data from all involved PA Offices and to be responsible for the quality of the data
• Actualize rate sheets and other customer information
• Regularly review of processes and if necessary improvements and cost savings

Job Requirements:

• Business Administration background
• Industry experience minimum 4 years
• Good commend of written & spoken English

Language:

• Fluency in English is a must
• Able to speak Cantonese & Mandarin preferably

Travel:

• Occasionally travel is required
