The Telemarketer will identify innovative ways to promote Travelzoo's products in the competitive and virtual world of travel, mainly through telephone calls to source potential clients. This individual will take industry trends and market research, and then assist in melding a strategic sales plan in order to generate new relationships   and accounts.

Responsibilities   :

  
• Sell Travelzoo’s media and local deals
  
• Assist to build sales pipeline through outbound telephone calls
  
• Develop advertising sales relationships within the local travel industry, via telemarketing channels and making daily cold calls to potential clients
  
• Evangelise on behalf of Travelzoo’s 27 million subscribers worldwide to source the very best travel deals
  
• 3-5 days work per week

Qualifications   :

  
• Bachelor's degree minimum
  
• Around 1 to2 years sales experience, preferable hotel sales, travel agent (OTA) sales, on-line media sales, voucher business 
  
• Good on-line and social media knowledge
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Passionate about travel/internet business/voucher business
  
• Able to work under pressure and self motivated
  
• Candidates who are the Universities undergraduates and interested in telemarketing activities will be considered
