Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of 3 to 4 to increase the competitive edge of the business by adding value to the customers and increase the operation efficiency
• To lead the compliance projects required by headquarter or regulatory authority
• To work closely with internal parties to manage department budget
• To initiate and perform analysis to monitor the business performance by appropriate KPIs
• To propose and lead projects to improve operations in terms of quality, cost and speed
• To improve in-house system according to the business need and ensure the continuity of the system by skill retention strategy and training
• To foster and develop an efficient team of staff

Requirements:

• Degree and above in Supply Chain Management, Transport and Logistics Management or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sizable logistics company with 2 years in managerial level
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese
• Native Japanese is also welcome
• Experience in managing ERP and PC literate
• Strong negotiation skills and project management skills
• A good team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
