Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing full spectrum of administration services and records to the Company, including monitor office and restaurant administration system & equipment, insurance, security control, intellectual property matters, renovation & relocation, maintain various excellence accreditation programs etc.
• Negotiate, manage and monitor contracts for maintenance or support services
• Supervise office receptionists and administration staff
• Participate in building corporate website upgrade, various social media platforms and corporate videos
• Handle media enquiries & interviews, customer complaints
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience of which minimum 3 years in supervising staff and office management
• Pleasant personality, pro-active, detailed-minded, able to multi-task with good organizational skills and a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese typing
