Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with obstetrics and gynaecology, pediatricians and/or other medical audience in order to secure the client referrals
  • Develop and drive the local strategy to meet company’s goal in corporate and long term level
  • Educate key opinion leaders and practitioners from the OBGYN, pediatrics and genetics communities
  • Source, close and implement deals with clinical laboratory partners and top medical centers
  • Design and execute local marketing and product launch programs in conjunction with the marketing department
  • Identify regional pockets with the highest growth potential and execute accordingly
  • Represent the company and its business interests at high levels: with top medical professions and key opinion leaders, lab directors and CEOs of commercial clinics
  • Become an expert in market-specific environments like local insurance systems, regulatory frameworks, genetic testing laws, competitive landscapes, influential medical societies, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration/ Science/ Biomedical / Biotechnology / Nursing
  • At least 5 years experience in selling clinical testing services to local clinicians and hospitals with 2 years of Pharmaceutical experience
  • Experience in developing local key opinion leaders as well as successfully launching a new product or service.
  • A track record of closing deals and building client relationships and exposure in customer base within territory is a plus
  • Strong analytical ability, comfort with science and numbers
  • Very strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strengths in networking and relationship development with strong time and territory management skills
  • Passion for changing medicine and delivering results
  • Strong oral and written communications skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Skilled in using a CRM applications and MS Office applications
  • Some formal sales training experience such as SPIN Selling or PSS
