Responsibilities :

• Prepare full sets of accounts
• Perform general accounting duties such as preparing vouchers, data entry, bank reconciliation and payment arrangement etc.
• Prepare company level cash flow report & forecast
• Handle intercompany balance reconciliation
• Perform internal control and audit tasks; liaise with external auditors
• Participate in system and process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting
• 5 years or above accounting experience, in freight forwarding industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with ample experience will be considered for higher position
