Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervision and management of day-to-day operations by administering full spectrum of professional services to cope with various business needs
  • Assist in leading and managing the high volume of frontline recruitment activities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire talent acquisition from sourcing to hiring
  • Compile regular HR management report and analysis for management review in a quality and timely manner
  • Collaborate with HR team members to deliver day-to-day account servicing and implement hiring deployment
  • Assist in devise, implement and on-going review the HR policies and retention strategies to improve productivity, job satisfaction, attraction and retention of frontline employee
  • Make constructive advice to line managers for employee disciplinary issue and performance matter
  • To play as a change catalyst to drive for change and implement new initiative when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or above with at least 3 years HR management experience
  • Possess solid experience gained in multinational companies, with sizable no. of employees or in services industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills with customer services mindsets
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and motivation skills
  • Proactive, quality-driver, resourceful and team player
  • Good organizing and planning abilities
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in establishing priorities and work independently under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferrable
