Job Description
- Graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 6 years relevant working experiences
- Solid experience in salary survey, benchmarking and budgeting
- Experience in handling C&B project such as job grading, pay & benefit review, incentive bonus system etc. is an advantage
- Experience in expatriates management is highly preferable
- Working experience in MNC Buying Office with regional exposure is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, internal customer focus & initiative
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
