Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative & secretarial support to the Management of the team and the team members, advisors / consultants;
• Prepare correspondence, reports and presentation papers etc.;
• Assist in projects, roadshow and events preparation and coordination;
• Establish and maintain good filling system;
• Ad hoc project as assign.

Requirement:

• Diploma holder with secretarial training;
• With 1-2 years relevant experience in support a department or a team;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
• Flexible, presentable and responsible;
• Detail-minded, well organized and independent;
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
