Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in all-round HR functions such as recruitment, MPF administration and office administration etc.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated database of HR information.
  • Responsible for all personnel functions including maintain the attendance and leave record, compensation & benefits, performance management, and payroll calculation.
  • Organize training and development activities.
  • Coordinate staff relations activities.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirments:
  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • 2 years working experience in Human Resources and Administration, more experience will be considered as Supervisor or Manager.
  • Experience in Beauty Field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in B2B System is preferable.
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word; Chinese Word Processing is a must.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
