Responsibilities:

Achieve sales target through building new business from existing and new customers
Maintain existing accounts and reactivate dormant accounts
Facilitate performance management effectiveness for business leaders and Human Resources professionals
Consult and liaise with program management team to tailor solutions to organizational outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

University graduate with at least 2 years’ corporate selling experience in business-to-business environment, services or training field is definitely an advantage
Ability to identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
Exceptional achievement-oriented individual who are ambitious, positive thinking, and assertive with strong drive to win
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
