Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and revenues for the company database by exceeding or meeting new personal loan acquisitions sales targets.
• Meet or exceed the daily application target and monthly sales volume target
• Follow the established workflow & procedures and deliver quality service to customer
• Vigilant in following work procedures documented in the working manual and in handling customer data
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Secondary Educated or above with at least 1 year’s sales experience preferably in personal loan or banking products

* Aggressive, self-motivated and mature with positive attitude

* Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

* Good customer service skills and the ability to efficiently and effectively resolve problems raised by the customers

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English, preferably in Mandarin
