Job Description

The Manager (HR) has to overview and maintain quality human resource services, including payroll, pension/MPF, tax filing, company benefits, and serve as liaison between different units and other parties when necessary.

 

Job duties:

  1. Raising proactive issues with Managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans
  2. Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of all payroll data, ORSO/MPF contributions and tax filing prepared by HR staff as well as the HRMS.
  3. Establishing and implementing the HR policy and related guidelines
  4. Monitoring and reviewing the prevailing HR policy and related guidelines are complied with statutory requirement and meet the development of the Society and the subsidiaries
  5. Leading the annual performance appraisal and salary review process
  6. Implementing and administrating the staff training and development
  7. Responsible for overseeing the employee compensations cases 
  8. Any other duties as required by the Director (Corporate and Development) and CEO

 

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  2. At least 8 years work experience in which 3 years in managerial level
  3. Hands on experience in Payroll and HRIS system management and administration
  4. Experience in design, formulate and implement HR policies and benefit programs
  5. Experience in salary survey, job matching exercise, data analysis and recommending changes
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and detail-minded, open-minded, customer orientated with pragmatic problem-solving skills
  7. Well-versed in labour legislation in Hong Kong, with PRC labour legislation is an advantage
  8. Excellent command of MS Office application, especially Excel
