Job Description
- Degree Holder of Building Surveying (BS), Building Services Engineering (BSE) or equivalent;
- For qualification of BS, currently a Registered Professional Surveyor / Chartered Building Surveyor or equivalent; conversant with Buildings Ordinance and Legislation;
- For qualification of BSE, currently a Registered Professional Engineer / Chartered Engineer; conversant with relevant ordinances and legislations; currently a Registered Electrical Worker with Grade B or above;
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably with at least 1 year solid exposure in consultant firm or property management company;
- Responsible for providing project management services for building maintenance and E&M works.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Technical Officer
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, paternity leave, full attendance leave, training allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
