Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounting includes accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Verify the accuracy of daily incoming factories invoices. Communicate with factories and make sure
• the correction is done within a promising time frame.
• Prepare the complete invoice packages for client to pay
• Assist in handling general accounting and clerical duties, maintain proper accounting records and
• procedures
• Handle full set of booking keeping, data input and filing.
• Daily input in MYOB system
• Assist in preparing all kind of internal accounting and audit report for management to review
• Answer phone call enquires from factories
• Co-ordinate with other departments about all the circulate documents.
• Any ad hoc duties are required by management
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with LCCI higher level qualification
• With 2 years accounting experience and prefer in trading business
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS office, MS Excel and MYOB
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experience will also be considered for junior accounting clerk
• Immediately available is preferable
