Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions with main focus on recruitment and employee relations
- Participate in various HR initiatives including resourcing projects and staff relations programs
- Conduct and compile HR reports and analysis
- Promote and enhance work safety by regular inspection and work injury management
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years experience in human resources management
- Experience in labour-intensive industry is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, flexible with strong team spirit
- Proficient in Chinese word processing and Excel
(Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer)
