Requirements

• At least 1+ years experience in trading and marketing
• Experience or Interest in Top-brand fashion industry preferred
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office skills including Excel (v.lookup / pivot table)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (Korean is a PLUS)
• Experience in generating reports
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent quality and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Holder of HKID preferred.
  
  
  

Job duty

• Communicating with vendors and suppliers
• Prepare sales reports, products reports and other relevant reports for the team on regular basis
• Work with sales team to provide analysis reports
• Deal with clients in receiving orders and maintaining good relations  
• Dealing with administrative clerical work
• Proactive self-starter, ability to interact with employees on all levels of the organization
• Work on ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
