Responsibilities :

• Assist HR & Admin. Manager to implementing and supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, C&B administration, employee engagement, etc.
• Maintain HR database system, monthly management reports
• Consolidate & analysis the payroll cost & budget of shops in PRC
• Ensure Govt. Statutory matters are handled properly and in compliance with statutory
• Assist in HR project such as annual performance appraisals, salary review, budgeting, tax filing, etc.
• Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, KPI, incentive program
• Manage the office administration duty to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in BA / HR Management or related disciplines
• Min. 4 years’ HR & Admin. experience in sizeable organization with experience in PRC offices
• Knowledge in talent management, proficiency in MS Office application including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Well versed in Hong Kong and PRC Employment Ordinance & HR related regulations / ordinances
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, well-organized, good in numerical and analytical skills, able to perform multi-tasks, dynamics, initiative, detail-minded & result oriented
• Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Willing to travel to PRC occasionally
• Immediate available preferable
