RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the development, scheduling and implementation of training activities in both local and Asia Pacific markets including professional courses, salon management, seminar and workshop etc.
• Conduct brand products' training as instructor in HK, China and Asia Pacific markets
• Design and formulate training strategies for various brands product
• Access market condition and evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and activities
• Design, update & maintain all training related materials including training manual, examination paper, training certificate and record etc.
• Responsible for developing training operation policies & procedures
• Design and formulate treatments for beauty salon
• Continue to review and refine the framework, curriculum, process and assessment standard. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years or above training and managing experience in consumer products (Beauty or nail is preferred). Exposure gained from cosmetics/ skin care/ health care field would be an advantage.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Proven team leading, excellent planning and project management skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua. 
• Independent correspondence and proficiency in MS Word and Chinese word processing
• Occasional overseas travelling is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Officer
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
