Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of designers
• Create and review concept and design
• Supervise, coordinate and control the design project
• Experience in combining business imperatives with creative excellence
• Ability to handle pressure and perform in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong leadership skills, able to lead different project team members on various projects at the same time

Personal skill requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in graphics design or related discipline
• Knowledge in illustrator, Photoshop
• Minimum of 7 years working experience
• Knowledge in character design and Beauty & Personal Care industry would be an advantage
• Strong creative sense and trendy thinking with excellent presentation skill
