Responsibilities:

• Assist QA team in implementing and maintaining the documentation system and quality management system
• Assist quality issue related ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Review associated inspection records for completeness and accuracy with data analysis
• Coordinating with the teammates and Merchandising department to take proper solution and prevention on any quality issues.
• Formulate and update appropriate quality plans of new projects to ensure the compliance of the product quality requirements; &
• Monitor and schedule all the Quality Assurance activities

Requirements:

• At least Form 5 holder
• Experiences in Quality Assurance Management / Manufacturing Engineering or related.
• Familiar with multinational customer requirements and expectations
• With strong desire in obtaining exposure in multi-national business, working with people from different nationalities
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good command of English/Mandarin, Chinese typing as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to take challenges
