Responsibilities :

• Provide application support, configuration and setup services for internal staff
• Provide technical hardware/software operation support, installing and testing
• Knowledge of CCTV control
• Knowledge and experience in infrastructure system
• Identify and solve user workstation problems
• System roll out and implementation, documentation and reporting
• User administration of Windows server and Microsoft Exchange

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• 3-4 years relevant experience in IT support system installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of Win XP and 8.
• Experience of dealing with ERP/ POS system will be an advantage
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Self-motivated, attention to details, positive and able to work independently
• Travel to PRC is required.
• Immediate available will be great advantage
