Job Description

• Provide general reception services, maintain a smooth operation of the Reception (handle telephone calls, receive visitors)
• arrange dispatch, receipt and distribution of mail, documents, bundles, etc
• Provide general administrative support to all parties concerned
• Manage office supplies, facilities and equipments maintenance, documents scanning, filing and record keeping
• Business trip and travelling arrangement;
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments (outdoor duties maybe required)

Requirements

• Form 7 or above with at least 2 years related working experience
• Initiative, well-organize, helpful and responsible, communicate and coordinate with all parties concerned efficiently & effectively
• possess excellent reception skills and telephone manners
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good command of written Chinese & English.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Immediately available
