Responsibilities:

The incumbent will provide warm and friendly assistance and service to valuable guests of the serviced apartment.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, experience in hotel or serviced apartment is an advantage
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel
• 9-hour shift duty per day; 6 working days in a week
• Candidate with less working experience will be considered for the post of Guest Service Officer
