Responsibilities:

• To handle sales orders, purchase orders and shipping arrangement
• Liaise with vendors and Logistics Team to ensure on-time delivery
• To prepare monthly sales and purchase reports

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledgeable on shipping will be an advantage
• Knowledge in AS400 operation is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel spreadsheet
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
