Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in HR management or related discipline
• At least 8 years working experience in HR & office administration.
• Experience  in C&B practice is a MUST
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Experience in implementation of ERP system
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and coaching skills and I.T. knowledge
• Responsible, meticulous with outgoing personality
• Proficiency in MS office applications.
• Excellent communication skill, problem solving skill, detail-minded and proactive.
• Able to manage multi tasks and work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities:

• To supervise a team in providing a full spectrum support of HR Management and General Administration 
• Responsible for all human resource activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development and employee relations
• Perform payroll, MPF, commission, tax returns and other C&B activities;
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to comply with corporate requirement
• Handle other HR project as required
