Key Responsibilities:

• Support all-round Human Resources functions for Hong Kong and China region, including recruitment & selections, performance management, talent management and employee relations
• Responsible for HR support in C&B management, payroll verification, tax reporting, leave administration, expatriate visa applications, etc.
• Assist in various HR projects such as performance appraisal, salary and bonus exercise and other HR initiatives as required
• Advise on Occupational Safety and Health issues in frontline warehouses and handle employee compensation or work injury cases
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract talent from diverse background
• Prepare HR management reports and consolidate information from different business units between Hong Kong & South China office
• Coordinate employee relations activities and Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) programs which drive company culture/objectives
• Execute ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ all-round HR experience in a sizable organization, preferably gained in shipping or logistics companies
• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals – recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits as well as expatriate services management
• Sound knowledge of local law & labour regulations and market practice
• Strong communication & fluency in English & Putonghua, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Understand the values of human resources from a business perspective
• Able to handle multi-task, manage time effectively and perform under pressure; Detail-minded with good problem solving skills
• Able to manage good peer relationships with open and cross-culture minded
• Independent, mature, self-motivated and willing to work at dynamic environment
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager
