Responsibilities:

• User requirement gathering and analysis
• System analysis and design
• Prepare functional and change specification
• Prepare technical documentation
• Ensure the IT deliverable is matched with the specification and the quality required
• Coordinate UAT
• System support and trouble shooting
• Prepare development schedule and estimation, progress reporting
• Any tasks assigned as required

Requirements:

• University Degree in IT or business systems related
• At least 4 years relevant experience
• Experience in insurance industry is preferable
• Good knowledge on C# and VB.net, Jasper, HTML, Javascript, CSS
• Hand on experience with Eclipse, Visual Studio, SQL Server and Oracle DB, PLSQL, Toad
• Good knowledge on Java and common application server
• Familiar with AIX and Windows Server technology
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming & Object Oriented Design, Database Design and multi-tier systems
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good team player and willing to learn

* Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Analyst Programmer.
