Job Description

With the growing number of projects across several major cities in the Asia region, Benoy is looking for talented a Project Architect to meet its business expansion in the East.

You must have:

  • 3-6 years post-graduate retail/mixed-project experience
  • Able to liaise with clients and consultants and handle projects independently
  • Perform a design and/or project management role on projects
  • Liaising with the client PM and contribute in project meetings.
  • Time management to ensure deadlines are met, and work quality levels are maintained
  • Participate in internal team meetings to ensure project priorities are balanced with resource availability
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to oversee and create drawing packages
  • Good oral and written communication skill (English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • HK & China projects experience desirable
  • Immediately available preferred
