Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of Service Support Engineers and Supporting staffs for field operations, including equipment testing & commissioning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and upgrade/improvement works
• Plan and implement the field activities, including production of service reports and incident reports for preventive maintenance and break-down
• Analyze, monitor, review and meet the service KPIs (Key Performance Index)
• Drive and execute the improvement program set by the Company for raising the customer satisfaction level
• Implement the procedures to meet the Safety and Quality standard of the Company
• Co-ordinate and communicate with the factory for technical and quality issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Holding of Cert of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above
• At least 10 years working experience in Engineering Service Field, experience in service of critical facilities of the Data Centers is an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills and sound technical knowledge of datacenter industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and with customer oriented attitude
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
