Our client is retail chain store with products focus on beauty and health supplement and is presently in search of candidates for the following role:

Area Manager

Responsibilities:

 -          Position will report to the Operations Manager

-          With responsibilities in enhancing operation efficiency and maximizing sales profits for a group of 10 to 12 stores

-          Regular interactions with internal departments so as  to effectively  implement of sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans at store level

-          To make sure the smooth running of retail operation processes and able to motivate the frontline staff in providing excellence services to the customers

 Requirements: 

-         Tertiary education or equivalent

-          With minimum of 6 years or above of supervisory experience in retail, catering, fashion & apparel or related industries

-          Strong retail operation and management experience

-          Sensitive to commercial market development

-          mature, results-oriented and ability to work independently

-          Good analytical and communications skills
