Responsibilities:

• Monitorperformance of 11 retail shops to maximize sales and profits, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Ensure the implementation and execution of sales and promotional activities as well as the smooth operations at store level
• Evaluate and implement modifications to existing operations, systems and procedures to improve efficiency of operations
• Generate operational analysis and reports, follow up sales figures and make recommendations
• Manage quality service standards and translate customer requirements into strategies and processes
• Maintain stock at an optimum level

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 5 years’ retail operations experience of which 3 years’ experience in fashion retail managerial level, preferably in fashion apparel field
• Energetic, independent with self-initiative.
• Excellent communication & people management skills
• Good sense of responsibility and customer service oriented
• Pleasant and enthusiastic personality
• Good English and Mandarin
