Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shipment and order follow up
- Handle full set I/E documents independently
- Liaise and coordinate internally and externally on shipping / local transportation
- Familiar with Tradelink operation / custom declaration
- Prepare daily report & data entry
- Maintain accurate data records in system / database
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Chinese word processing)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivate, reliable and independent, able to work under pressure
- Experience in bonded warehouse is definitely an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
