Our client, one of the leading insurance companies, is seeking Senior Manager to join their team, focusing on Business Management. Candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Design and formulate strategy and process to achieve business goals.
• Make analysis on reports, information and issues and provide objective interpretations and recommendations
• Identify areas for support on business management
• Identify best practices and organize sharing of experience or know-how in the identified area of expertise, benchmark regional and local top performers
• Work closely with business units to gain detailed understanding of their businesses and plans.
• Identify and alert management of key market trends and opportunities
• Facilitate the approval process of request from local entities and develop in-depth analyses and perspectives of issues
• Follow up the decisions and their implementation
• Provide clear guidance and direction to coach the team
• Handle ad-hoc projects as requested
• Structure and project manage key initiatives to enhance performance and business development. 
• Manage regular market intelligence collection and competitor benchmarking

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with global insurers, preferably with insurance industry
• Candidates with exposure to distribution, specific markets, products, operations is an advantage
• Solid experience in managing multi-cultural project and teams
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills
• Ability to handle multi-task and interactive with diverse culture environment
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
