Job Description
Duties
- Investigation, negotiation and assessment of Losses and Insurance Claims.
- Site visits
- Report-writing and data entry to systems.
Requirements
- Form 7 or above, Diploma holders is an advantage
- At least 2 years' working experience in handling general insurance claims. Experience in an insurance/broker firm is an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Miscosoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing is a must.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
- Mature and able to work under pressure and work independently.
- Canadidates with less experience on loss adjusting or fresh graduated will be considered for the position of Loss Adjuster Trainee
- In-house training and examination study leave are provided for less experienced canadidates and fresh graduated.
