Responsibilities:

The incumbent will assist the Production Manager to monitor the daily operation of Production Department including:-

• Ensure smooth and efficient production is scheduled and GMP requirements of all on-going activities is fully complied;
• Prepare and review the production records, SOPs and other related production documents, and to ensure their strict implementation;
• Prepare training materials as well as providing training to production staff, and also responsible to monitor the training program of production department;
• Ensure the appropriate process validations, maintenance and calibrations of control equipment are performed and recorded;
• Work closely with internal department including Quality Assurance Department and Quality Control Department to ensure business target GMP compliance task can be achieved properly.

 Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in Pharmaceutical Technology / Pharmacy / Food Science or related disciplines;

• 3 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry / Sterile working experience is highly preferred;

• Experience in supervising production team is highly preferred;

• Attentive to details, hardworking and being able work under pressure;

• Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese;

• Immediate Available.
