Job Description:

• Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, payroll administration, P-fund and taxation;
• Assist in the manpower planning and audit exercise;
• Assist in compensation & benefits planning and review, including pay surveys, pay trend analysis and internal pay scale review;
• Assist in handle employee relations functions, such as, sports event, recreation activities and all sorts of corporate functions;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
• Around 3 years’ relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Well-versed with employment related ordinance and legislation;
• Devoted, attention to details, good interpersonal skills;
• High initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Less experienced candidates will be considered as Human Resources & Training Assistant
