Compensation & Benefit Director

Responsibilities:

- Report to Asia Pacific Head of HR and be responsible for the C & B function for retailing and sourcing business line of the AP region

- Manage and lead the junior team members

- Liaise with work members in different locations and work together to resolve technical issues

- Act as a team advisor for the HR with specialty in C & B

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and previous working experience with multinational organization

- Degree holder with qualification in C & B training

- Independent and be able to work under pressure

- Good exposure in setting up retail commission scheme

- Good C & B exposure with prior experience with consultancy organization management skills and project leadership skills
