Job Responsibility

• Responsible for the data input into the accounting system for various transactions;
• Handle the staff expenses reimbursement for business trip or other local expenses;
• Handle cash advance request from staff;
• Review of corporate card expenses and verify whether they are business related;
• Routine Filing Works of accounting documents;
• Assist in month/year end closing works;
• Take care of general administration works of FNA Department;
• To carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• LCCI Intermediate, High School Graduated;
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a sizeable firm;
• Have basic knowledge about trade finance products, accounts receivable/payables, including debt collection, payments and the corresponding accounting treatment;
• Proficient in MS Office and other accounting software, preferably Flex system;
• Must be detail-oriented and hard-working;
• Able to work independently with proper guidance;
• Good communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin.
