Our client, a listed bank, is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join their Human Resources team. Candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Set up and update the procedures and forms incorporated with relevant controls for review
• Conduct self-assessment to monitor and control the quality of the risk and compliance activities of HR are strictly adhered
• Perform risk specific definition and execute control measures with action required for compliance with relevant policies and procedures specific to HR
• Handle regular and ad-hoc reporting on risk and compliance function
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business or Finance with related professional qualification
• Minimum of 8 years’ practical experience in the banking, finance, MPF or securities sector
• Solid experience in risk and compliance or audit will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Human Resources compliance related regulations and/or guidelines
• Strong in report writing and data analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
