Sales Manager– Wholesale & Retail

Responsibilities:

• Assist in staff management and motivation in order to achieve Company’s sales target
• New business development with existing clients and new clients
• Monitor sales in each store and with key customers
• Ensure the sales team to follow the corporate office policy and procedure
• Maintain a monthly job roster plan for each sales staff
• Provide clear communication and instruction to each sales personnel
• Monitor each sales staff performance for future evaluation
• Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs
• Provide and deliver proper training to sales team, such as selling and servicing training with excellent customer service and standard
• Work closely with Merchandising Manager for new product launch, special promotion and product feedback
•  Work closely with hotel marketing Team to promote the shops and plan for the marketing calendar

Senior Merchandiser & Buyer – Retail and Wholesale

Responsibilities:

• Leading the buying team to manage and control the costs negotiation, delivery, analyse sales performance, stock levels.
• Work closely with retail operations, marketing department and vendors to ensure store layouts, promotions, marketing calendar and display are effective in maximizing sales.
• Establish and maintain effective margin and price controls which maximize business profits whilst delivering good value offer to customers
• Arrange or provide product knowledge training or equivalent to retail sales.
• Create a visual merchandising plan and provide training to staff.

Requirements for both positions: 

• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good team work
• Proactive, organised and result oriented
• Degree holder
• Excellent leadership, communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer oriented
• Excellent command in English & Chinese
• Higher experience applicant will considered as "Director"
