Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR services including recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations and payroll administration
• Prepare periodic statistical and analysis reports
• Organize and co-ordinate training and learning activities
• Assist in reviewing and drafting of HR policies and procedures
• Update and administer the HR systems and maintain staff files and record
• Support the team to manage all general HR & Admin affairs
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3 years’ relevant experience in all-rounded Human Resource functions
• Well verse in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and related regulations
• Mature, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and be able to take up multi-task with tight schedule and under pressure
• Good team player with effective communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
