Job Description
Qualifications and experience
- Degree holder
- Very fluent in English (English speaking office), NATIVE Cantonese
- Min. 2-3 years’ compliance and AML experience with FX broker (firms with Type 3 license)
- Knowledge of SFC rules and FCA rules
- Specific compliance qualifications would be an advantage
- Good IT skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- A confident manner, self-starter and excellent written communication skills
Responsibilities and tasks
Work closely with and when required provide support to the Compliance Department in the UK; provide general compliance, AML and regulatory support including:
- Assist with the Compliance Monitoring Programme and reviews (AML and compliance)
- Regulatory developments and new regulatory requirements
- Draft and update Compliance policies and procedures
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints
- Maintenance of various compliance registers, records and databases
- Providing oversight, guidance and, if necessary assistance, with regard to on-boarding of clients
- Planning and providing training

Admiralty (5 day work, 20 days annual leave, bonus, medical)
