Qualifications and experience

• Degree holder
• Very fluent in English (English speaking office), NATIVE Cantonese
• Min. 2-3 years’ compliance and AML experience with FX broker  (firms with Type 3 license)
• Knowledge of SFC rules and FCA rules
• Specific compliance qualifications would be an advantage
• Good IT skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• A confident manner, self-starter and excellent written communication skills

Responsibilities and tasks

Work closely with and when required provide support to the Compliance Department in the UK; provide general compliance, AML and regulatory support including:

•  Assist with the Compliance Monitoring Programme and reviews (AML and compliance)
•  Regulatory developments and new regulatory requirements
•  Draft and update Compliance policies and procedures
•  Investigate and respond to customer complaints
•  Maintenance of various compliance registers, records and databases
•  Providing oversight, guidance and, if necessary assistance, with regard to on-boarding of     clients
•  Planning and providing training
