Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, grow and support the aggressive business of the respective segment for Bancassurance and other business distribution channel
• Develop segmentation & marketing strategies and launch marketing projects including customer campaigns & tactical programs and retention programs to generate revenue
• Support and exceed annual business plan
• Build relationships with banks and support to Bancassurance teams within the division and act as key contact representative on behalf of Business Marketing
• Provide professional and value-added marketing services support and initiatives to Bancassurance team
• Work with Bancassurance teams within division to develop new product positioning and support new product launch
• Support business analytic & monitor customer campaign effectiveness and prepare regular business portfolio review & market analysis
• To ensure compliance with company’s underwriting policy and guidelines
  

Requirements:

• University graduate; Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience with at least 1 years at managerial level
• Strong in team management, program implementation, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, in both English and Chinese
• Sound insurance product marketing knowledge
• Bank operation knowledge is a plus
• Hands on computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
