Responsibilities:

• Participate in retail outlets’ regular maintenance, alteration, renovation projects or new shops development from planning, managing & monitoring to completion
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors / contractors to coordinate the project
• Conduct regular site visit and prepare project monitoring report
• Prepare full set working drawings for renovation and improvement projects
• Prepare presentation materials for internal & external parties

Requirements:

• Degree / High Diploma in Project Management / Interior Design or related subjects
• Min 2 years of solid experience in management of Fitting-Out Work, Defects Record and Building Maintenance
• Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical services system
• Strong applications in AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, Words, Excel
• Self motivated, well disciplined, detail-oriented and with excellent organizing and communication skills
• Be a good team player and able to work effectively with different working parties
• Need to travel occasionally
