Job Description
Responsibilities
- To provide on-site technical support to production system environment
- To provide support services on problem isolation and fixing
- To handle and troubleshoot on customers technical enquires especially for VIP customers
- To perform service and workstation installation and configuration
- To perform preventive maintenance, includes:
- Hardware Preventive Maintenance
- Disaster Recovery (DR) Drill
- Update Security Patches
- Security Audit
Requirement
- Higher Diploma holders or above in Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- With 2 years of working experience in Windows/Linux System Administration, system/data backup and restore, trouble shooting of hardware and software problem, patch installation, software upgrade
- Possess of MCSE / MCITP certificate
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less qualification and experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Engineer-YMS01
