Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of account handlers in developing & achieving business targets through providing professional and excellent customer services
• Assist Manager/Department Head for servicing, marketing & developing the existing key and important corporate clients & intermediaries
• Develop and maintain good business relationship with clients and explore new business opportunities, especially focus on making more quote chances and producing new marine and trade business
• Deliver quality services to customers by responding to client enquiries, providing quotations, assisting in claims settlement and handling complaints, etc.
• Perform risk / underwriting assessment within the delegated underwriting authority or work together with Underwriters, undertake cross selling and customer requirement feedback activities, contribute the customer expectations for new product development

 Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in Insurance Studies
• Professional insurance qualification such as ACII, ANZIIF or partial fulfilment of these professional qualifications is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in general insurance industry
• Experience in account development / management or marine insurance will be of advantage
• Excellent customer services, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good team player with initiative, self-motivated, result-oriented and achievement driven
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
