Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain good business relationship and provide high standard service to intermediaries
• Assist the Manager to execute the agreed business and marketing activities on tactical levels
• Implement prudent underwriting practice, in line with company’s underwriting philosophies
• Provide supports in policy & endorsement issuance, expiry notice preparation
• Perform relevant job duties assigned by reporting manager/ supervisor

Requirements:

• University Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance or related disciplines (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• 1 - 2 years’ working experience preferably in general insurance industry
• Proactive & able to work independently
• Excellent customer services, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Hands on PC knowledge and skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) and Chinese work processing
• Macau Resident is highly preferred
