Job Description
The Requirements are :
- Provide Clerical and administrative support to the Department
- Assist in checking, preparing and sending out documents to clients
- Handle clients enquiries, follow up claim issues and data entry
- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- F.5 or above
- Min 1 - 2 years working experience preferably in broker firm or insurance company
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiar with using MS Word and Excel
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
